 – For individuals I have not yet met with, submitting an email does not mean that you or I have established a psychologist-client relationship. It means you are interested in more information and I will take steps to address your request (by letting you know what we need to move forward or if I can’t move forward with you) in a timely manner.

– If I do not answer the telephone, it may mean I am with a client or out of the office. Please feel free to leave a voice message and I will do my best to return your call as soon as I am able.

– I aim to respond to inquiries within 2-3 Business days.
