This is by no means an exhaustive list but does include some information to get you started in your search for another provider in my absence or if I am unavailable. For existing clients you are welcome to discuss options and recommendations specific to your situation or to narrow down options from this list.
Helpful things to know:
– Dr. De Boer tends to use a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and humanistic therapy in her work with clients.
– Words that Dr. De Boer would use to describe her therapy style: warm, curious, quirky, exploratory
